  • Counselors are the primary leaders and caregivers for campers. Responsible for planning, teaching, and carrying out activities - they make the magic happen at Outdoor Lab every day. Job description.

  • Oversee daily camp operations onsite. Plan and oversee camp programming with fun, safe activities. Manage staff, financials, and communications plans. Requires +2 years of experience in similar roles. Job description.

  • Responsible for overseeing the health and safety of campers and staff. Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or other licensed health professional. Job description.
